About

Celine's Life Adventure is precisely that. A narration of my little adventures and misadventures (most of the time with my ex-boyfriend, now husband Jomar). It is a story of those weekends and days that I find myself doing new things, visiting new areas, or trying out fresh food. It is a random and personal narration of my experiences in places and restaurants with the people I've met along the way.

I was bitten by the travel bug in the year 2010. I started working in September of that year and was part of a team outing that opened my eyes to the possibilities of travelling. At first, I just wanted to share with the world this picture of the sunset I luckily captured in San Fernando City, La Union. Then, we visited so many places in Baguio City, and I took so many photos that I wanted to show the world. I wanted a personal space where I could share those photos without flooding the timeline of my friends on different social media platforms. The result of that is this blog.

The blog that started with the hope of sharing some photos with the world has now more stories, more memories, more pictures and more experiences in it. In the past years, I've met beautiful people, saw places I just dream about and tried out food in all the best sites. I have grown as a person and as a traveller. My journey is just beginning, and I hope to continue travelling as long as I can.

I guess that's it for now! Thank you for reading through this page, and I pray that you find what you're looking for.

January 2018 update:

I am now married. I live in beautiful Vancouver City, BC, Canada. I, now, understand that travelling is not always about the new place or new food BUT appreciating the beauty of the everyday.

Fall, Spring, Summer, and Winter

I am so blessed to be living in this city. I witness all four seasons, and I am still at awe with the beauty of pink spring, green summer, orange fall, and white winter. From the mountains to the seas, I feel like I am still on an extra-long vacation in Canada, and I am glad this vacation is not going to end since I live here now.

I can't wait to share with you my life in Canada.

Updated October 2021:

We're in the middle (hopefully tail end) of a global pandemic. It's hard to update this "travel" blog, since there's very limited travelling going on, but my food blog is updated almost weekly with what we've been eating.

Update June 2023:

I am blessed to survive the pandemic and my immediate and extended family and my in-laws are alive and healthy. God is good! Jomar and I have been travelling again.

I love staring at this map and data of my flights.
