Try Mediterranean food at Mac Falafel

Image
I love how diverse Canada is. Back in Manila, I usually eat at either Filipino, Chinese, or Japanese cuisine restaurants. I wouldn't know where to find great authentic Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food. Because of Canada's diversity, I get to try amazing food from different countries all over the world. Mac Falafel Last 2016, my colleagues and I went to Mac Falafel on their 4th Avenue branch for lunch and I ordered their Chicken Shawarma. On the first Friday of 2018, Jomar and I had our Fridate dinner here. My goal right now is to make sure JT gets to try all the restaurants I have been to during our 2-year long distance relationship. Chicken Shawarma on whole wheat wrap with everything on it. Mac Falafel is a small eatery beside Noodle Box. I think people pass by this joint thinking it's a hole in a wall. Every Christmas our family will have secret Santa. On top of whoever I get for that year, I also give each member of the family a Christmas gift. This year, I was busy with work and moving out of our family home that I didn't have time to think and plan what to give them. Meanwhile, Hovey received a VISA gift card to buy whatever it is he needs and I told him in my card that he is the most hardworking person I know and whatever career or line of work he decides to do, he will be great. When I started this post, I honestly don't know what to write but as I look at all the photos I have, I realized that I have great memories I would love to share. Instead of the usual, summarizing what happened each month, I picked the 17 events and places that happened in 2017. (When I started the list, it reached 20 but decided to merge some things together). Let's get started: Things I love everyday Winter, spring, summer, and fall 2017 is my second whole year in Canada and my second year to witness how amazing the transformation of trees are depending on the season. I took a picture of this tree every so often to try and capture the beauty of each season. Left to right: Fall, Spring, Summer, and Winter Dramatic sunrise Next on the things I love this year are the many beautiful sunrises and sunsets I get to witness. Thanking God each time for all the blessings and for another day. Each of the image below is ta
